I had a number of problems with my computer. My computer became sluggish. I called computerfix. Over the phone Patrick gave me advice and ideas. I learnt so much from him during the conversation. He called to in to help. Now my computer is like new completely updated by Patrick. His rates are excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

My PC had been running on the slow side when using Photoshop, so it was taking longer to process my images. I thought I needed more RAM, but Patrick was able to diagnose a failing Hard Drive. Thank Goodness because no one wants to lose the entire contents of their hard drive.

So Patrick took the tower away , mirrored the HD onto a new hard drive and saved the day. He also showed me how to watch out for error warnings in the future.

PAtrick is brilliant at what he does so, naturally I will recommend Patrick to all my clients, business contact and friends.

Once again it was PAtrick to the rescue.

The relatively new DVD drive, which PAtrick had fitted seized up and would not release the disk I had just loaded. Neither would it read the disk.

I phoned Patrick, who suggested a possible solution usin a paper clip. This did not work, so Patrick agreed to call later in the day. He was able to release the disk immediately and fitted a new DVD burner at no additional cost.

Patrick's friendly same day no-fuss service is to be strongly recommended and I have no hesitation in doing so.

My home was never 'virus free' from one pc to the other from laptop to laptop there was always something going wrong somewhere. To the extreme I actually paid a LOTof money for a new pc ( seems had I bought it from computifix I would have saved almost £200 and STILL gottop of the range everything). Patrick was recommended to me by a friend, ( which is ALWAYS a good start0 even though the pc man I used before was a recommendation, I text him late yesterday (Sunday) and within minutes he called me and arranged to come to my home today. He arrived on time was a really friendly man, and explained everything he was doing and why. Even checking other pcs in my home and made my main one SOOO much quieter! He spent 3 hours here, making sure everything was in full working order and he is so CHEAP (In the nicest possible way!) he gave my son and I advice supplied everything we needed for our computers to work at their optimum. This mans number WILL be sent to all of my friends and family, a genuine honest man who was a pleasure to deal with .Thank you Patrick.
